Learn what Social Emotional Learning (SEL) is, and why it is so important. We will show the key components and how to implement it in your environment.
11am - 12pm Roundtable Luncheon with Dr Hammel (lunch provided)
12pm - 2pm Teaching Music to Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) often struggle in the cognition, communication, and sensory domains. We will work through these three domains and offer ideas to assist students in music classrooms.
